Description

This is a row of three-storey, two-window stucco terrace houses built around 1840. The houses exhibit elaborate detailing, including bargeboards and Gothic-style windows. The ground and first floors feature splayed bays. Each house has a porch with fretted sides, gables, and pinnacles. Number 13 also has bays and a doorway leading to Sivell Place. Sash windows with glazing bars are present throughout. The roofs are slate. Numbers 5 to 19, which encompass the entire row (odd numbers), are designated as a group.
