Description

These are a pair of cottages, likely dating from the early 18th century, located on Majorfield Road in Topsham. They are constructed of cob and comprise two pairs of cottages. The cottages are two storeys high, with various casement windows set into the original window openings. A plain front door is present. The roofs are slate, with corrugated iron covering the roof of number 22. Peep windows are visible in numbers 20 and 22. Numbers 16 to 22 form a cohesive group.
