Description

These are a row of three buildings, numbered 8 to 10, on Ferry Road in Topsham. They likely date from the 17th century, with later alterations. The frontages are rendered in stucco and roughcast, with gables, while the rear is constructed of brick, with two-inch bricks visible in the chimneys. The windows are primarily 19th century in style, though some are Georgian sash windows. The gables have bargeboards. Modern doors have been installed. The roof is slate. These buildings are part of a group that includes Passage Inn (numbers 13 to 15), the Nail House, and the Nail Cellars.
