This is a late 18th and early 19th century building on FERRY ROAD, TOPSHAM. It is a two-storey building with a three-window front faced in plaster. The first floor has splayed bays. It features sash windows and a gabled porch. The roof is slate. It forms a group with numbers 8 to 10, the Passage Inn, numbers 13 to 15, the Nail House and the Nail Cellars.
