Description

This building, likely dating from the 18th century, is a pair of roughcast cottages, probably built with cob construction. It has thatched roofs with an eaves band. There are five windows in total, all sash windows with intact glazing bars. The ground floor of the section which currently serves as the post office has been modernised in the 19th century with plain shop windows and a new door. The building forms a group with The Old Clock House, Red Lion Inn, Oak Cottage, Royal Oak Inn and numbers 103 to 106 on Fore Street, Sidbury.
