Description
The coach house, located approximately 15 meters west of Feniton Court, dates from the early 19th century and is associated with Feniton Court. It is constructed of partly-plastered brick and features a slate roof. Positioned alongside the churchyard, the building faces southeast and has a five-bay front. There are two large double doorways flanking a central elliptical arch, which is open and leads to the front of a tack room that includes a 19th-century door and window. Above the arch, there is a central gable with pigeon holes. The roof is hipped on the left side, while on the right, it adjoins the former stables. A wrought iron weather-vane is situated at the middle of the ridge. Feniton is a charming village that boasts a notable collection of listed buildings.
