Description

The boundary walls located approximately 25 metres north-west of the Manor House date from around 1830. Constructed in stretcher bond brick, these tall walls separate the Manor House grounds from the road. A section of the wall ramps down to a slightly lower level, supported by a regular series of buttresses. At the eastern end, the wall curves back towards the service drive of the Manor House, featuring original plain brick gate posts. These walls also line the eastern approach to the village.
