Description

Little Bowd is an attractive small two-storey cob farmhouse with a thatched roof, dating from the 17th or 18th century. It features half-dormers and three-light 19th-century casement windows. There is a thatched outshut. The farmhouse is located to the west of the hamlet, accessible by a lane from the Exeter road, and is part of Bowd hamlet on the north-western boundary of the urban district.
