No 5 Bicton Place is a late 18th century to early 19th century building with a red brick facade. It is two storeys high and features two windows with unbarred sashes. The entrance is marked by a Doric porch that has a round-headed doorway and a fanlight, along with panelled reveals and a six-panelled door. The building is topped with a slate roof and is accompanied by railings.
