Description

9 The Beacon is a late 19th-century building featuring a rendered facade and a slate roof. It has three storeys and a basement, along with an attic that includes two hipped dormers. The northwest side showcases a late 19th-century two-storey bow with a rusticated treatment. On the southwest side, there is a balcony supported by brackets, adorned with a decorative cast iron balustrade. A modillion cornice wraps around the bay, and the door is highlighted by a fanlight with stained glass.
