Description

No 12 is a building with a stucco facade, standing two storeys tall with a dormer. It features a balustraded and panelled parapet adorned with mace finials, and an eaves cornice that extends around a late 19th-century bay window on the northwest side. The front has two unbarred sash windows and a doorcase with panelled reveals and a semi-circular fanlight. There is an added late 19th-century pediment and pilasters. The property also has area railings. At the rear, the original red brick elevation is visible, which includes a large bow that rises four storeys high.
