Description

Drum, formerly known as Roncombe Cottages, is a residence that dates back to the 17th and 18th centuries. This two-storey building is constructed of stone rubble and cob, with a rough cast finish and a thatched roof that has an uneven eaves line. An external chimney is located at the east end of the building. The main front faces southwest, away from the road, and features two-light 19th-century wool casements. There is a doorway topped with a thatched hood, and an extension includes a modern gabled porch.
