Description

These are a group of terraced stucco houses, likely dating from around 1830, located on Clarence Road. The houses are arranged in two rows. They have wide, bracketed eaves and two storeys, with two windows per property, featuring sash windows, most of which retain their original glazing bars. Porches are present at numbers 3 to 15 (odd), supported on clusters of slender cast iron columns with side trellis balustrades. Number 23 has a particularly elaborate square trellis porch. The porch at number 3 is damaged, while the porch at number 21 has a more modern tiled hood.
