Description
This early 19th century property is located on Clarence Road, West Side. The facade is roughcast rendered and features outer pilasters, an eaves cornice, and a blocking course that steps up to the centre. The building is two storeys high and has two windows, which are unbarred sashes. The ground floor windows have louvred shutters. A Tuscan porch has been added in the centre.
