Description

Millands Farm House is a cottage dating from the 17th or 18th century, marked by a datestone above the door reading "W: 1759, R.B.R". The building is constructed of roughcast stone rubble and features a concrete tile roof with gabled ends. It stands two storeys high and has a four-window range, with two-light casements on the ground floor that include glazing bars, and leaded panes on the first floor. A plank door is located to the right of centre, flanked by stone rubble buttresses. The house has a rendered ridge chimney stack and a lean-to at the south end. Inside, there is a chamfered ceiling beam.
