Description

Harepath Farm House is a circa 16th-century farm house, remodelled in the 18th century. It is constructed of stone rubble, with a roughcast end wall featuring corner pilasters. The building has a thatched hipped roof. There is a long seven-window front with two-light casements containing glazing bars. A Tudor arched doorway provides access. The house features stone and brick chimney stacks rising from the ridge, and an ashlar chimney stack at the rear wall, displaying set-offs.

Inside, the house retains four jointed cruck trusses. A date inscription of 1613 is visible on a lateral fireplace, along with a moulded ceiling beam. There are also traces of a plank and muntin screen.
