Description
No 115 on High Street is a building dating from around 1820. It is two storeys high and constructed of stucco, with a slight projection in the center. The ground floor features three round-arched openings that are rusticated. Above, there is a delicate ornamental iron balcony that sits above a three-light window on the first floor. The first floor also has sash windows with glazing bars. The building is topped with a stepped parapet. This structure is noted for its careful adaptation for commercial use. It forms part of a group with Nos 103 to 107 (odd) New Dolphin Hotel and Nos 111 to 115 (odd) and Nos 119 to 125 (odd).
