Description

This early 19th-century building stands on the north side of Bictor Street. It is a two-and-a-half-storey structure with a dormer window, featuring a colourwashed roughcast facade and slate roof. The front has two windows, with sash glazing bars, and a blank window on the first floor. A pedimented doorcase incorporates pilasters and a round arched fanlight.
