Description

Nos 1 and 3 Rolle Road is an early 19th-century building with a colourwashed stucco facade featuring an eaves band and a blocking course. The structure has recessed, half-round corners and a slate roof with coped gable ends. It is two storeys tall, with a basement and a lunette in the gable end. The building has three windows, which are sashes with glazing bars. No 1 includes a later 19th-century conservatory on the side with an approach via steps, while No 3 features a door and a window in a single-storey side outshut.
