Nos 3-5 (Peachfield House) and 7 Hayes Bank Road is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys high and is finished in stucco. The front features three windows, which are hung sashes with glazing bars, with two of these located on the ground floor. The entrance includes a moulded shouldered doorway, flanked by end pilasters.
