Description

No. 12 Bicton Street is an early 19th-century building constructed of painted brick. It features a modillion eaves cornice and modern pantiles on the roof, along with end chimneys. The structure is two and a half storeys tall and includes two dormers. The façade has three sash windows with glazing bars, although the center window is blank. The ground floor on the east side boasts a fine bow shop window, complete with a cornice and glazing bars. To the west, there is a later advanced butchers shop front.
