CORSHAM CHURCH SQUARE ST 8770 5/48 J. Chanter monument in churchyard about lm east of M. Chanter monument north-east of north aisle of Church of St. Bartholomew GV II

Chest tomb, mid C18, ashlar with large north side draped plaque, fielded angle piers and oval east plaque. Plain south side. West end shield with 'Memento Mori' inscribed. North inscription to John Chanter, Clothier, died ? 1772.
