Description

This is a mid 18th century chest tomb located in the churchyard, about 2 meters southeast of the J. Chanter monument and northeast of the northeast angle of the north aisle of the Church of St. Bartholomew. The tomb is constructed of ashlar and features two shield plaques on each side, along with fielded angle piers and foliate decorated center piers. It has a moulded base and cornice, with a frieze that breaks forward over the piers.
