Description

CORSHAM CHURCH SQUARE ST 8770 5/65 Unidentified monument in churchyard about 7m north of Wastfield monument north of north transept of Church of St. Bartholomew GV II

Chest tomb, early to mid C18, ashlar with 2 raised decagonal plaques to south. Fielded centre and angle piers with rosette centres, 2 shield plaques to north with fielded centre and angle piers. Shield end plaques. Moulded base and cornice with pulvinated frieze broken forward over piers.
