Description

This is a chest tomb from the mid-18th century, located about 16 meters south of the east end of the Church of St. Andrew in Castle Combe. The tomb is made of ashlar stone and features rectangular side panels that are flanked by fielded strips. It has baluster corners, a moulded base, and a cornice. The tomb is situated in row 9, east of the churchyard path.
