Description

The garden wall in front of Beech Knoll dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick in Flemish bond and features a stone coping. There is a gate opposite the entrance to the house, which has raised piers topped with ball terminals, as well as a minor gate opposite the door to the wing of the house. The wall gracefully rises to connect with the coach house. This structure is listed for its group value with the house and carriage house.
