Stone wall with section of railings and gatepiers running east from south side of Westbury House ST 8260 2/7B

2. To east of Westbury House is a large grass forecourt running down to the River Avon from St Margaret's Street. This area is bounded on its south side by an C18 stone wall with a small surviving section of iron railings on top, at west end next to the house. On the street stands a gateway in the wall, with rusticated piers having ball finials in acanthus leaf cuppings. Arched wrought-iron lamp bracket over.

The Three Horseshoes and Nos 1 to 4 (consec) Frome Road form a group with the Liberal Club, The Baptist Chapel, the Congregational Church and Hall and Nos 6 to 16 (consec) 19 to 22 (consec), 36, 42 to 49 (consec) and Westbury House, St Margarets Street and No 1 St Margarets Hill.
