Description
The M. Hulbert monument is a chest tomb located in the churchyard about 4 meters southeast of the E. Hulbert monument, near the southeast angle of the south aisle of the Church of St. Bartholomew. It dates from around 1853 and is constructed of ashlar stone. The tomb features a moulded base and cornice, which is carried around diagonally set plain angle piers. It has a capstone and a ridged topstone. On the north side, there is a raised plaque dedicated to Mary Hulbert, who died in 1852.
