Description

The garden balustrading to the south of Lackham House was built around 1900 and is made of ashlar stone. It features extensive runs of turned balusters positioned between piers topped with urns, all raised on rock-faced retaining walls. The upper terrace includes a semi-circular projection and broad balustraded steps leading down from the center, with an additional flight of steps descending from the right. The lower terrace has a central projection and square projections that angle out from the corners, all adorned with matching balustrading.
