Description
The building at 19 North Street dates to circa 1800. It is a two-storey structure rendered with recessed panels on the first floor, designed to accommodate the outer windows. The front has three windows on the first floor, featuring plate glass sash windows. A large 20th-century shop front is present, incorporating panelled pilasters on either side. The upper panels of the shop front have moulded tops, and a moulded bead runs along the tips of the flat eaves. The roof is slate and hipped to the left. A two-storey rendered extension adjoins Crow Lane, featuring a half dormer gable that once housed a derrick hoist.
