Description

Hazeland House is an early 19th-century house constructed with roughcast render, ashlar dressings, and a concrete tile roof with coped gables and end stacks. The house has an ashlar plinth, angle piers, a moulded cornice, and a parapet. It is two storeys high, with a three-window front featuring 16-pane sash windows in flush surrounds; the centre sash is narrower. A door is set within an ashlar surround with a moulded segmental arch and an open pediment supported by consoles. A rear wing extends to the northwest. A 20th-century addition on the east side is not considered to be of particular architectural interest.
