Description

South House at Warren Farm is an estate house built around 1830. It features a rendered exterior with stone dressings and a slate roof. The building is two storeys high and has a layout of three by two bays, with line rusticated quoins. The central entrance has a panelled door set within a stone surround topped by a flat moulded cornice. The windows are twelve-paned sash types without surrounds. A parapet sits above the cornice, returning at the ends and extending up the verge to create a pediment at the gables. There are gable stacks, and at the rear, there is a two-storey lean-to. This house forms a group with Central and North houses nearby.
