Description

No. 5 Wine Street, dating from the late 18th century, is a three-storey building constructed of red brick. It features a stone sill course on the second floor, a panelled stone cornice, and a brick parapet with stone coping. The right-hand bay is slightly recessed, and there is a brick pier with a sill course carried over, flanking the front to the right. The building has three windows, one of which is blind on the second floor, with recessed sashes and intact glazing bars, topped with flat brick arches that have stone key blocks. The ground floor has a modern shop front.
