Description
The garden walls and summerhouse at Nonsuch House date from the 18th and 19th centuries and are constructed of rubble stone. A length of scalloped coped wall runs along the road to the north, forming a raised terrace with a northwest corner outlook built over a cellar. A plain wall defines the west boundary of the property, leading to a small summerhouse at the southwest angle. The summerhouse has a pyramid roof covered in stone slates and a door on its east side. To the north of the summerhouse, a triangular walled garden has a low brick-lined east wall and a rubble stone north wall. Within this garden are two ashlar piers, formerly part of a gateway.
