Description

The Old Forge is an early 19th-century building located on the north side of Preshute Lane. It is constructed of chequer brick and features a pitched tile roof with red brick stacks. The building is one and a half storeys high and has two ranges of casements with glazing bars. The ground floor casements are segment-headed and have blue headers that are concentric with voussoirs. There is a one-storey forge extension that has a hipped old tile roof and three modern casements with glazing bars.
