Description

No. 73 on Manton High Street is a building from the 18th century or earlier. It features a timber cruck frame, with colourwashed brick on the ground floor and colourwashed brick nogging above. The roof is thatched. On the first floor, there are three 2-light leaded casements. The ground floor includes one 3-light casement on the left side, a ledged door off centre, and one 2-light leaded casement on the right side. This building, along with Nos. 66 to 70, The Oddfellows Arms public house, and No. 1, The Post Office, forms a group with Manton Weir Farmhouse opposite.
