Description

The dovecote at Manor Farm is an early 18th-century structure made of rubble stone and roughcast, featuring a hipped stone slate roof with a 20th-century lantern. It is small in scale and has ashlar flush quoins and a flush moulded surround around the doorway on the north side, which is fitted with an oak plank door. On the east side, there is a recessed cyma-moulded single light. The upper part of the dovecote is lined with nesting boxes, and there is a privy located underneath.
