Description
The archway, gates, and wall between Caldron House and Landford Manor date from the early 18th century, with the archway being rebuilt in the 19th century and the wall dating back to the early 17th century. The archway and wall are constructed of English bond brick, while the gates are made of cast and wrought iron from the 19th century. The restored round arch features a keystone and hoodmould, with a gable above that has saddleback coping, finials, and heraldic arms, likely belonging to the Eyre family. The plain brick wall extends from the archway to the left corner of Landford Manor and is attached to Caldron House.
