Description

Devon Cottage is an early 19th-century cottage located in a row of similar buildings. It is constructed of English bond brick and features a Welsh slate roof with a stone stack and a coped verge on the right side. The cottage is two stories tall and has three windows. The entrance consists of a four-panelled door set in a chamfered surround, with a boarded hood supported by carved wooden brackets to the left. To the right of the door, there are two 12-pane sash windows. The first floor has three sash windows, all framed by plain stone architraves.
