Description

4 and 5 Kingsbury Street are an attached pair of houses built in the early 19th century and altered in the late 20th century. The houses are rendered and feature brick gable stacks and a slate roof. They have a single-depth plan and rise two storeys with an attic, presenting a symmetrical front that includes paired doorways topped with bracketed pediments and late 20th-century doors. The façade has a three-window range with 2-light flat-faced stone-mullioned windows that contain 6/6-pane sashes, while the centre of the first floor is blank. There are also three hipped dormers, each with 6-pane 2-light casement windows. The interior has not been inspected.
