Description

Vine Cottage is a house dating from the late 17th and early 18th centuries. It is constructed of brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with some flint visible on the gable. The roof is tiled. The house is two storeys and an attic, with four bays. A 20th-century door is located in the second bay, sheltered by a flat canopy. The ground floor has late 19th-century six-pane sash windows with brick arches above. A plat band runs around the building. The first floor windows are leaded cross windows. The eaves are dentilled. There are two-light, hipped dormers in the roof, and gable stacks. A rear extension is present on the left-hand side.
