Description

Hill House, located at No 17 Sladesbrook, is a building dating from the late 17th century to early 18th century. It is two storeys high with attics and constructed of ashlar stone. The roof is modern and covered with pantiles, featuring two gables at the front. There is a stone parapet with a curved kneeler and a chimney stack positioned to the right.

The building has two windows in the attics, which are 2-light windows with moulded surrounds and stone mullions. The first-floor windows are similar in style and feature casements. On the ground floor, there are sash windows set in plain reveals, although the glazing bars are missing. A wooden porch with a six-panel door is located at the entrance, with the upper two panels of the door removed for glazing.
