Description

This is an early 19th-century house with a 18th-century cottage attached to its south-east side. The house is constructed of pebbledashed brick with a stone base and a slate roof. The cottage is built of limestone rubble with a roof of stone slates. The main house has three storeys. The entrance is on the right-hand side and features a partly chamfered lintel. Upper floors have small, two-light casement windows, while on the ground floor is a small square bay with a lean-to roof. A large, external gabled chimney stack is topped with brick. A brick lean-to has been added to the rear of the house.
