Description

This building is a garage and billiard room located to the west of Kings Old Rectory. It was rebuilt in the 18th century on a 15th-century plinth. The ground floor is made of dressed limestone, while the first floor features Flemish bond brick. The building has a tiled roof and a brick stack. It is a single storey with an attic and contains two windows. The south front has a three-light casement window and a six-pane fixed window. On the north side, there is a 20th-century garage door and 20th-century dormers. The left return includes a one-light and a two-light casement window. The front stone wall is continuous with the stonework of the gateway to Kings Old Rectory.
