Description

9 and 11 Burnivale are a pair of houses built around 1830. They are constructed from limestone rubble, which was once limewashed, and feature brick gable stacks and a stone slate roof. The houses have a double-depth plan and are two storeys high with an attic, each having a one-window range. The garden front includes inner doorways with segmental-arched brick heads, a gabled dormer on the right, and a 20th-century dormer on the left. The street front has segmental-arched doorways on the left and single windows on both the ground and first floors. The interior has not been inspected.
