Description

Wellhead, built in the early 20th century, is a timber structure featuring a stone-tiled conical roof topped with a timber finial. It has a circular plan supported by six square piers with arch braces. The wellhead encloses a circular stone well. This wellhead is one of four constructed by W. H. Poynder of Hartham Park, with the others located at Biddestone, Derry Hill, and Hilmarton.
