Description
Singreen is a detached cottage dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of rendered brick and features a hipped thatched roof with a brick stack. The cottage is single-storey with an attic and has two windows. The central entrance is a 20th-century door set in a beaded case, leading to a gabled porch with a double Roman tiled roof. To the left of the porch is a three-light casement window, and to the right is a two-light casement window. There is also an eyebrow dormer with a two-light casement. The left side of the cottage has a planked door and a two-light casement window in the attic. At the rear, there is an integral outshut that includes a small casement window. Inside, the cottage features chamfered beams.
