Description

The Garden Cottage, located at Jaggards House, is a gardener's cottage dating to 1766, built for J. Kington. It is constructed of rubble stone with a stone-tiled roof, coped gables, and end wall stacks. The cottage is one storey and attic, with a double-fronted design. It features a two-light window with a cyma-moulded frame and a dripstone on each side of the central door, which is also within a flush-moulded surround. A date plaque is positioned above the door. There are also windows in the attic end walls. Group value is evidenced by the connection to Jaggards House.
