Description
Nos. 17 and 19 Westwells are two houses that were originally one, dating from the late 17th century to the 18th century. They are constructed of rubble stone and stand two storeys high, topped with Bridgwater tiles and featuring moulded coping and end wall stacks. The front has a range of two windows, with recessed ovolo-moulded windows that have hoodmoulds. On the north side, there are two 2-light windows on the first floor, along with a 2-light window and a single light window below. There is a blocked oval light to the left. The west end has a door set in an ashlar slab porch. The south front mirrors this with similar 2-light windows, two above and one below, along with a door in an ashlar porch.
