Description
This is a house dating to the 17th century or earlier, with additions and alterations in the 18th century. It was originally timber-framed, but is now largely constructed of rubble stone with a roof covered in Bridgwater tiles. The roof features ridge and west end stacks. The house is a single storey with an attic, and includes two dormers added in the 19th or 20th century. The ground floor has a two-light window with a cyma-moulded flush mullion, a door set within a moulded timber frame and a modern porch, a similar two-light window, and a 20th-century single-light window at the right end. The east end wall is timber-framed over rubble stone, and a taller rear gable is also timber-framed. Two parallel rear wings have been added to the back of the house. The interior contains some substantial timbering.
